Events: Bending | Stock Horse | Flag Race
Location: Kereu River Mouth, Te Kaha
Date: Saturday 6 September | 10AM–6PM
Registration Fee: $50 per rider, per event
Think you’ve got what it takes to run with the best? Enter our Exhibition Horse Sports Events at the first-ever Standfast Opening Season Festival. These events are all about showcasing speed, control, and good, honest horsemanship.
Event Rules:
Riders may enter one horse per event only
No rider may enter multiple horses in the same event
All riders must check in at the marshal tent at least 30 minutes before their event
All riders must abide by animal welfare regulations at all times
All riders under the age of 16yrs are required to wear helmets
This is a great opportunity to ride in front of the crowd, support the Standfast competition team, and celebrate our opening season with some friendly, fast-paced competition.
